As I sit down to write my profile, I can't help but smile......My thoughts fall on the day before I entered the real estate business. The day someone handed me the keys to my first home. What an incredible feeling! My wife and I were so happy. Finally, after years of planning, saving, and dreaming, we were finally there.......Homeownership! 

That incredible feeling is why I became a realtor. And to this day, I love working with first time buyers because of that experience. But I also remember thinking, why was it so hard? Why did I have to save for so long and plan so much? Long story short, it was because I was trying to do it all on my own - Researching loans, viewing homes and studying the real estate market.......without an agent or any other assistance. Finally, I had a good friend refer me to an agent that worked in the area.

The experience of buying my own home taught me a lot of things; mostly what NOT to do. Since then, I've helped hundreds of people move into their homes and loved every moment. I've listed my pre-real estate experience below so that you can view for yourself my rich background of sales, marketing, finance and negotiation. I think my background not only illustrates my experince and expertise but also how I can help you save time and money when searching for the right home.
